I called today to see about dryer vent cleaning. What do I know about dryer vent cleaning?! Absolutely nothing. Other than my dryer won’t dry right. Did some research called Russels. Spoke with Paige she was the sweetest set me up a same day appointment to have someone check out my situation. Bruce arrived before I did was beyond knowledgeable explained everything to me as he assessed the situation. An almost 5 gallon bucket full of lint later I’m now also signed up for an AC/Heater plan at a beyond reasonable price. The customer service from scheduling to the actual appointment is what sold me. They were super easy to deal with and beyond accommodating to my schedule. I appreciate the great service
